Q-HOW DOW I CLEAN MY FLOKATI RUG?

Answer - Flokati rugs are very durable and make great rugs. It's not uncommon to have your rug for 10 years or longer! Flokati shag rugs are inherently stain resistant due to the natural oils in the wool. Most spills come right out with a damp cloth. Remember - you'll want to avoid HEAT when cleaning. No hot water.

Shake your rug from time to time to restore it's good looks. If it gets dirty after being used for awhile, it can be washed in cold or lukewarm water in a bathtub, using a mild soap. Rinse thoroughly after washing and hand dry. If it gets a bit matted, it's ok to comb out - it may shed a bit, but will look much fluffier after.

Answer - All orders ship on once a week. Shipping day is Wednesday and will ship the majority of our orders priority. All orders will be shipped USPS with tracking sent to your email!
