POLICIES

Payment:  

We currently accept all payment through Paypal, but you can still check out with credit cards through Paypal.

Shipping:  

We like to ship quickly.  Same day shipping if orders are placed before 3:00 pm MST otherwise item (s) will be shipped out next business day. Most orders are shipped USPS.  International orders are shipped with USPS as well.  If you have any questions or need a shipping upgrade for a rush order, please contact us.  

Returns/Exchanges:

We accept returns/exchanges of unused items in their original condition within 15 days of purchase.  We are unable to refund shipping charges, and the buyer is also responsible for paying shipping to get items back to us. Color shade and hues may vary based on the nature of the custom item; however, if item received is not what you were expecting, we will do our best to work with you to find a color that better suits you.

Damage/Loss:

It does not happen often, but occasionally the post office loses or damages a package.  Please contact us right away if items you have purchased do not arrive as they should and we will work to promptly resolve the issue.

Communication:

We strive to provide a high level of customer service and answer questions as quickly as possible!  To get updates when new colors arrive and old colors are re-stocked, please follow Simply Pure on FB at www.facebook.com/simplypureflokati

Sales/Discounts:

We often get questions if we offer various kinds of sales or discounts.  In general, we do not.  We will occasionally post a destash sale on my Facebook page of one-of-a-kind items.  Other store-wide sales will be random and infrequent, but always announced on our Facebook and Instagram, so please follow us there to stay in the loop.

Item Availability:

Everything listed that is active in the shop is in stock and RTS.  Preorders don't work well for us personally, so we like to keep things very simple and straight forward with a quick turnaround time. This also means that when colors sell out, they may not be back for awhile. We will do our best to keep most popular items stocked but there is not a guarantee we will have them at every shop opening!  If there are colors you're wanting to purchase that are not in stock, please let us know so that we can plan to get more, or else let you know when they will be back in stock.

Use of Images:

We love to see pictures of our products in action (please send them our way!) If you share images with us, or if we spot them on Facebook or on a blog, we will always ask for permission before using them.

Stocking Times:

We are currently hoping to offer a few RTS sales a month. Simply Pure Originals will be more readily available than the other standard colors. If you see items on the website that are "coming soon" this is a "preview" of what will be available on the next stocking date or as soon as we can gather them.
